Our approach

Lived experience, actionable steps.

Grounded in lived experience and focused on informed decision making and sustained progress. We serve people at every stage: exploring sobriety, practicing harm reduction, using maintenance medications, navigating relapse or planning the long haul. Support that respects autonomy, honors individual goals and adapts to real life.

No pressure

A trusted space for people who want recovery support without judgment or unrealistic expectations.

Peer led

Founded and run by a Certified Peer Specialist. Peer support alongside clinical care, never in place of it.

All pathways

Abstinence, moderation, harm reduction, medication. Nobody asks which road, only whether you have company.
