Heal through
the eras.
Fifty five weeks. Twelve eras. You do not start over every week. You step into the era that is active and you move through it at your own pace.
No pressure to keep up. Come back when you need to.
Your first month is free.

A space to sit, not a program to perform.
Swift Steps® is a peer-led recovery and mental health community, not a checklist you race to finish. This is not a treatment plan and it is not your average support group. It is a calm, guided room where people who have been where you are meet to listen, reflect and practice small steps together.
You are welcome whether you talk, listen or sit quietly with your camera off. Sober curious is enough. The only thing you have to identify as is a Swiftie.
You might recognize yourself here.
- You have tried things before and nothing held.
- Recovery feels lonely, or like an uphill climb you are doing by yourself.
- The traditional models never quite fit your experience.
- You want honest company without labels or pressure.
- You want a gentle weekly practice that builds over time.
Every era is five weeks and one feeling.
Week five is always integration and reflection. folklore and evermore share a single module, which is how twelve eras fit into eleven.
Every era carries a weekly mantra, daily reflection prompts and a themed room. Those live inside the membership, because the point is that we move through them together.
Everything that comes with a seat.

Your own pace
Camera off is okay. Listening counts. Nobody here is grading how you do recovery.
Something real shows up in your mailbox.
Not an email. Paper, handwriting and a bracelet knotted by a person who is glad you are here. It goes out to every new member. You do not have to ask.
You don't graduate.
You begin again.
When we finish era twelve we do not stop. We loop back to Debut. Recovery is not a line you cross. It is a circle you keep walking.
The Red era at 25 teaches you something different than the Red era at 35. Your second time through Speak Now will be a different conversation than your first.
Your first month is free. Cancel anytime, no hassle and no guilt.
