What a meeting feels like
Same room. Different couches.
A Zoom grid of people who get it, from wherever they are. Some cameras on, some off, nobody counting.
What each one is
Nine kinds of meetings.
New Week Grounding
Monday night. Set the week's intentions with Jewels.
Relapse Prevention
Wednesday, noon with Jen and 8 pm with Jewels.
Check-In
Thursday night mid week check in. Era themed prompts supplied.
Freestyle Friday
Midday, no agenda. Bring whatever's on your heart.
Craft Night
Friday night, free tier. Hands busy, cameras optional.
Surprise Song Sessions
Saturday morning. One song within the current Era through the lens of healing.
Gratitude Sunday
Sunday morning. Close the week out together with a moment of Gratitude.
Book Club
Sunday night, free tier, hosted by Marti.
Every meeting
Same rules.
- Shame free. No disclosure, no labels, no day count required.
- Cameras optional. Listening counts as participation.
- All pathways, including harm reduction. Abstinence not required.
- Prescribed medication taken as prescribed is recovery. Nobody checks.
- Queer owned, women owned, everyone welcome. Bigotry of any kind ends your membership.
- Peer support, not treatment. A crisis card opens every meeting.
Who we're for
Everyone's welcome.
Swift Steps® is queer owned and women owned. Queer, trans, BIPOC, neurodivergent, every pathway, every era. Human rights aren't up for debate here. You don't have to explain yourself to be in the room.
Camera off is fine · fidgeting is fine · leaving early is fine
Nuance
Recovery isn't black and white.
Somebody with chronic pain taking their opiates as prescribed is in recovery. Somebody on Suboxone is in recovery. Somebody who quit drinking and still smokes weed for their nausea is in recovery. Recovery is the relationship you have with the substance, not the substance.
We don't count your days for you and we don't check your prescriptions. You decide what recovery means for you and we hold that.
The structure
Come here, go to AA, or both.
A meeting every day, a 55-week curriculum, Mastermind in your pocket, Relapse Prevention Wednesdays, book club, Craft and Yap, mail and bracelets. If you've ever wished there was a Swiftie IOP, this is the closest thing that exists.
For some members this is the whole program. For others it runs alongside AA, LifeRing, SMART, Dharma, group therapy or their therapist. Both work. Keep what works for you and bring the rest here.
