We're a small, peer-led community and every order is packed by hand in limited runs. Because of that, we don't offer exchanges or refunds on any item, for any reason. Please double-check your size, color and shipping address before you place your order.

If your order shows up damaged or you receive the wrong item, email info@swiftsteps.org within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
